Nice for the price, April 9, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Kent Mens Bayside 7 Speed Comfort Bike (Misc.) Bought this bike to ride around downtown New Orleans, the package came in good condition. The bike had a few cosmetic flaws, including a small dent on the fork. The welds on this bike are strong but not very nice looking. The rims are alloy, not steel like the description. The seat stitching split apart after one day, the grips on the handlebars really sucked as well and I replaced both! The brakes needed serious tweaking, and the front rim needed truing. The Derailleur worked perfect out the box! The tacky stickers that came all over the bike took several hours to remove, but really made the bike look nice. The suspension only has one inch give, and only works with harder bumps, this is not a mountain bike! Tires look nice and seem to hold air. I paid a local bike shop fifty bucks to tune everything up and true the rims. So, overall it cost me around $220 to get this bike how I like it. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I received the bike two weeks ago. All was perfect. Very little effort to assemble and tune it up. The bike is light and very sturdy. This is a great bike!!
